The baseplate crossings at the new tram station in Ishøj provide passengers with a safe, stable route between platforms as part of the expanding light rail network.

Working alongside Lesanco ApS, Rosehill Rail has supplied pedestrian level crossings at stations across the Danish network, helping passengers move safely across operational tracks while maintaining accessibility and ease of maintenance. The crossing panels span the running rails to create a wide, high-grip walking surface with smooth transitions between platform and crossing.

For operators, durability and consistency are critical. By standardising crossing infrastructure across multiple locations, maintenance requirements can be simplified while ensuring a familiar experience for passengers throughout the network.

We are proud to have supported this project from the early stages through to completion and look forward to contributing to future developments across the network. Thanks to Lesanco ApS, Hovedstadens Letbane and Aarsleff Rail A/S.
