A Rosehill LINK Level Crossing has been successfully installed during an overnight possession, with the crossing completed and the road reopened before rail services resumed.

Designed to fit directly onto concrete sleepers, the modular rubber panels provide a continuous, high-grip surface across both the between-rail and outside-rail zones. Every crossing is manufactured to match the site’s rail profile, sleeper spacing, and fastening arrangement, helping to simplify installation and maximise valuable possession time.

The installation will now be evaluated under live operating conditions, allowing the railway operator to assess the system’s long-term performance before considering wider deployment across the network.

It’s another great example of British-manufactured rail infrastructure supporting projects around the world, and we look forward to seeing the results of the trial.
